Under Pressure Performance (UPP) - General Warranty
It is the constant endeavor of Under Pressure Performance to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services available, anywhere. Under Pressure Performance warrants all new Under Pressure Performance (UPP) manufactured product, except Under Pressure Performance built (UPP) Crate Engines (stock, blueprinted, modified), Race Engines, rebuilt engines, Race Parts, (UPP) manufactured Custom Race Exhaust Systems, Race Mufflers, Cat-Back Systems, and (UPP) fabricated Race parts which are warranted separately, to be free from defects in both workmanship and material for a period of (90) ninety days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is properly installed, subjected to normal use and service and that the product is not modified or changed in ANY way, nor damaged due to negligence by either the customer or installer or used for racing, off-road, or competition purposes.

Customers who believe they have a defective product should return it to the dealer from which it was purchased or ship it directly to Under Pressure Performance along with proof of purchase and a complete description of the problem. The product must be returned freight prepaid. If a thorough inspection of the product indicates defects in workmanship or material, our sole obligation shall be to repair or replace the product, at our discretion. Warranty covers only the product itself and not the cost(s) of installation and/or removal.

UPP Manufactured Race Parts & Engine Warranty
Under Pressure Performance warrants all UPP manufactured Race Products, (except Under Pressure Performance built (UPP) Crate Engines (stock, blueprinted, modified), Race Engines, rebuilt engines, race heads) UPP manufactured race components, UPP manufactured custom race exhaust systems, UPP manufactured race mufflers, UPP manufactured cat-back systems, and UPP fabricated race parts, to be free from defects in material and workmanship to the original consumer/purchaser and has a duration of ninety (90) days from date of original purchase by such consumer, provided that the products are properly installed, subjected to normal use and service, is not modified or changed in any way.

Remanufactured heads are warranted for a period of thirty (30) days. This warranty is void if any product is used for race, off-road, or competition purposes. Any implied warranty determined to be applicable is limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty is so the above limitation may not apply in your state. Should a part become defective, it should be returned to the original selling dealer or shipped freight prepaid to Under Pressure Performance. It must be accompanied with the original sales receipt and a clear description of the problem.

Under Pressure Performance reserves the right to replace or repair the defective part and return said part freight prepaid. This warranty covers the replacement or repair of the product only and does not cover the cost of removal and installation.

Under Pressure Performance shall not be liable for any and all consequential damages occasioned by the breach of any written or implied warranty pertaining to this sale in excess of the purchase price of the product sold.
